1. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your reservation. Final payment is due by the date specified on your invoice. Destined 4 Destinations LLC reserves the right to cancel any reservation for which final payment has not been received by the due date. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, Zelle, or other approved methods.
2. Research & Design (D&B) Fee
A non-refundable Research & Design (D&B) fee may apply to custom itinerary planning and consultation services. This fee covers the time and expertise invested in researching and designing a personalized travel experience for you. This fee is separate from any travel supplier costs and will be disclosed prior to booking.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by travel supplier and are subject to the terms set by airlines, cruise lines, resorts, and tour operators. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Destined4Destinations@gmail.com. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Any applicable refunds will be processed according to the individual supplier's cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection to safeguard your investment.
4. Changes & Modifications
Any changes to an existing reservation (dates, destinations, traveler names, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur change fees from the travel supplier as well as a modification service fee. Destined 4 Destinations LLC will make every effort to accommodate requested changes but cannot guarantee availability.
5. Travel Insurance
Destined 4 Destinations LLC strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including trip cancellation, medical, and emergency evacuation coverage. Travel insurance options will be offered at the time of booking. Declining travel insurance is done at the traveler's own risk. Destined 4 Destinations LLC is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.
6. Passports, Visas & Travel Documents
It is the sole responsibility of each traveler to ensure they hold valid travel documents required for their destination, including passports, visas, and any health-related requirements. Passports must generally be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the travel return date. Destined 4 Destinations LLC is not responsible for any traveler being denied boarding or entry due to improper or expired documentation.
7. Limitation of Liability
Destined 4 Destinations LLC acts as an agent for airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers. We are not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by defects of any vehicle or vessel, or the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in providing services included in the travel package. Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the specific service in question.
8. Force Majeure
Destined 4 Destinations LLC shall not be held liable for any failure to perform obligations where such failure results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, or any other event outside our control. In such cases, we will work with suppliers to obtain the best possible outcome for our clients.
9. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected through this website and during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of processing your travel reservations and communicating relevant travel information. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your travel bookings. Your information is stored securely and handled with the utmost confidentiality.
Travel Waiver & Release of Liability
By booking travel services through Destined 4 Destinations LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following waiver and release of liability.
Assumption of Risk
I/We understand that travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to transportation delays, cancellations, health risks, political instability, natural events, and personal injury. I/We voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in travel activities arranged through Destined 4 Destinations LLC.
Release of Liability
I/We hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Destined 4 Destinations LLC, its owner Pharin A. Walker, agents, employees, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained while participating in travel services arranged by Destined 4 Destinations LLC.
Health & Medical Acknowledgment
I/We confirm that all travelers in our party are in satisfactory health to participate in the planned travel activities and have disclosed any known medical conditions or special needs that may affect travel. We understand that Destined 4 Destinations LLC is not responsible for providing medical assistance or coverage during travel.
Agreement to Terms
By submitting a travel inquiry, paying a deposit, or completing a booking with Destined 4 Destinations LLC, I/We confirm that I/We have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and this Waiver & Release of Liability in their entirety. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement.
